Allesha Rowser – Owner & Director

Hi, I'm Allesha—mother, educator, and the proud founder of First Steps Early Childcare. Caring for children isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.

With years of experience in early childhood education and a deep love for helping little ones grow, I started First Steps to create a place where children feel safe, loved, and supported—just like family. As a mom of two, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your child. That’s why every child in my care is treated with the same compassion and attention I would give my own.

My program is rooted in Christian values, and I believe every child is a gift from God—full of potential, curiosity, and purpose. I’m also proud to be a STAR 1 provider in the Alabama Quality STARS Program, and I’m always working to grow and improve the quality of care I provide.
